We are seeking new product / invention submissions in the following categories: Key Accessories Key Chains Split Rings Bolt Snaps Key Organization Rental Car Accessories Before submitting you must agree to the following terms and conditions: LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS INC. POLICY RELATED TO OUTSIDE IDEAS CONDITIONS OF SUBMISSION 1. In receiving or accepting an idea for consideration and evaluation, LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., assumes no obligations other than those set forth herein. 2. No idea will be accepted for consideration by LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., unless these terms are accepted. LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., shall have no obligation concerning any oral disclosure. 3. LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., will use its best efforts to maintain confidentiality of the submitted idea; however, Submitter agrees that LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., may show the idea to third parties for purposes of analysis and feasibility and LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., makes no representations as to the confidentiality by those third parties. Before showing the idea to any third party, LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC. shall identify such third party to Submitter and obtain the written consent of Submitter, which may be in the form of a telefaxed document signed by Submitter or their attorney. 4. If the idea is found to be of no interest to LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., the Submitter will be so notified. 5. No obligation will be assumed by LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., for the return of disclosure materials and Submitter agrees that LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., may retain any disclosure materials, samples or prototypes to provide a record of what has been disclosed; however, LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., will return any sample or prototype requested to be returned in writing, so long as Submitter first provides LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., with a set of detailed photographs of the sample or prototype for permanent retention by LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC. 6. In consideration of LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC.'s evaluation of the submitted idea and of any further disclosure concerning the same subject matter, Submitter agrees to release LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., from any liability to Submitter in connection with the submitted idea or disclosure or use thereof, except any liability that may arise under a valid patent, trademark or copyright now or hereafter granted to Submitter or to which Submitter has licensed. 7. If the idea appears that it may be of interest, LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., may enter into negotiations to explore the possibility of acquiring patent or licensing rights in the idea. No obligation as to compensation for delay or otherwise or for other matters is assumed by LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., unless and until a formal written contract in regard to any such compensation or such matters has been signed by an authorized officer of LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., and the obligation shall be only such as expressed in that formal written contract. 8. Any and all previous discussions or prior agreements by any agent of LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., relating to the subject matter hereof are merged into these conditions and no such previous discussions or prior agreements shall be binding on LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., or be of any force and effect. 9. Submitter represents and warrants that Submitter has the right to disclose the idea being disclosed under the terms of this Agreement. 10. LUCKY LINE PRODUCTS, INC., shall not accept any ideas relating to the fields of advertising, sales, promotions, artwork, product display, packaging design, or product slogans, names or trademarks. I confirm I have read, understood and accept the terms & conditions for submitting my invention.
