Before you may submit any invention information, you must read and accept all the terms and conditions in the Agreement. This Agreement is effective upon acceptance for new users and terms and conditions may be updated from time to time without notice to user. You hereby acknowledge: 1) I acknowledge that I am the owner of the invention information and am authorized to submit to Driveway Games Company, LLC (the "company" or "Driveway Games"). 2) I acknowledge and agree that my submitted idea and disclosures are being made on a NON CONFIDENTIAL basis, and that no confidentiality obligations or legal relationships whatsoever are created by this invention submission. I further understand that the company must disclose your idea to various employees and others outside the company to assess the potential value of your idea, costs to manufacture, and so on to evaluate its marketability. 3) I acknowledge that I am free to make this submission and that by doing so I am not infringing any prior obligation of confidentiality. 4) I acknowledge that Driveway Games will NOT return the materials that I submit. I agree that I will keep a duplicate of those materials. 5) Driveway Games shall consider your idea only in order to decide whether, in its judgment, the idea has merit, and the company assumes no obligation to do more than indicate whether or not it is interested in the idea. 6) I understand and agree that Driveway Games, by considering my idea, does not admit that the idea is new or has not already been considered by Driveway Games. I acknowledge that Driveway Games may already be independently working on a similar technology, look, or functioning product, or idea, as covered by my submission and that I will not therefore assert any intellectual property rights against company in this respect. 7) By submitting your idea, you represent that it is original with you and you alone and that the idea, to the best of your knowledge, is not similar to any product already on the market 8) If Driveway Games is interested in marketing your idea, it will enter into a contract with you provided on terms that it finds reasonable. 9) I understand that, in submitting my idea to Driveway Games, I rely solely on my rights established under U.S. or foreign patent laws, if any. 10) This agreement applies to any additional materials that, at Driveway Games' request, you may submit regarding your idea. 11) This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
